Siera received her bachelor 's degree in General Studies with a concentration in Psychology and Sociology from the College of Charleston. She is a member of the admissions team as well as the therapeutic support team, co-facilitating groups with therapists and providing recovery coaching. She uses her own experience from being in treatment and recovery to help others on their own recovery journeys.
